Nigerian Afrobeats star Asake brought his IN GOD WE TRUST WORLD TOUR to London’s O2 Arena on Thursday, October 15, 2026, adding another major European stop to his international concert run.
The performance featured special guests BNXN and TXC, bringing together artists associated with contemporary African music for an event that highlighted the growing international reach of Afrobeats. According to the venue’s published schedule, TXC was billed for 7:15 p.m., BNXN for 8 p.m., and Asake for 8:30 p.m.
The London concert followed Asake’s recent tour appearances across North America, including shows in Toronto, Laval, Boston and other cities. These performances have continued to connect the singer with audiences outside Nigeria, reinforcing his position in the international Afrobeats scene.
Known for blending Afrobeats with fuji influences, amapiano rhythms and Yoruba storytelling, Asake has developed a recognisable musical identity through songs that combine energetic production with themes of gratitude, ambition and personal growth.
His IN GOD WE TRUST tour also reflects the continuing expansion of Nigerian music into major international venues. The O2 Arena, which has hosted numerous global music acts, provided the setting for another chapter in the singer’s journey across international concert stages.
With BNXN and TXC included on the London bill, the event also brought different sounds within contemporary African music into one concert programme, giving audiences an opportunity to experience more than one musical style during the evening.
Asake’s London appearance adds to a touring career shaped by international performances, a growing catalogue of popular releases and an expanding audience across several markets. His continued presence on major stages demonstrates the opportunities available to Nigerian artists as Afrobeats maintains its visibility in the global music industry.
