King Ochacho has responded to the growing controversy surrounding the ₦400 million Abuja mansion he gifted Nigerian content creator Peller and his wife, Jarvis, as he visited the property and assured fans that construction is ongoing.
The real estate businessman presented the property to Peller and Jarvis as a wedding gift in August 2026, with the mansion reportedly located in Life Camp, Abuja. The generous gesture initially generated excitement online, with the property being described as worth about ₦400 million.
However, the conversation changed after a recent livestream involving Peller and Jarvis went viral.
During the livestream, Peller asked his wife about her reaction to the mansion. Jarvis said she was extremely excited about the gift but then revealed that the building currently has no roof.
Peller quickly clarified that the property was still under construction and assured viewers that work would continue. He said the house was expected to be completed before the couple returned in December.
King Ochacho Visits the Property
Following the wave of reactions online, King Ochacho visited the construction site himself and shared an update about the property.
In a video from the site, the businessman showed that construction work was ongoing and pushed back against those mocking the state of the building.
He also promised to provide regular updates on the progress of the mansion, signalling that the property remains an active construction project rather than a completed residence.
The development has generated another round of discussion on social media, with some people focusing on the difference between the value attached to the gift and its current unfinished state.
Carter Efe Joins the Conversation
The mansion controversy also attracted comments from fellow content creator Carter Efe, who mocked Peller over the unfinished building and questioned why a ceremony had been held around a property that was still under construction.
Peller subsequently responded to Carter Efe, turning the mansion issue into another social-media clash between the two entertainers.
Despite the online drama, King Ochacho has maintained that work is progressing on the property. His latest visit appears aimed at showing that the mansion is actively being developed and addressing the criticism surrounding its current appearance.
For Peller and Jarvis, the ₦400 million gift has therefore become more than just a lavish wedding present. The unfinished property has now become one of the most talked-about celebrity stories online, with fans waiting to see what the completed mansion will eventually look like.
